Overview:

Global Travel International is seeking an energetic and effective Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing paid search marketing activities. This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our pay-per-click campaigns. This position will report directly to the VP Sales and marketing, and will be an integral part of the Marketing team.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Helps to analyze/execute new and potential product/services, markets, and advertising opportunities.
  • Collects and analyzes data on established and prospective customers, competitors, and marketing channels/sources.
  • Digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPI’s
  • Develop short and long term PPC strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins
  • Keyword analysis – build keyword lists, analyze search volume and make recommendations
  • Web analytics and a/b testing applications
  • Campaign bid management
  • Creation of text ad copy and ongoing optimization of copy based on analytics

Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in driving online leads and sales through PPC campaigns
  • Development,management, analysis, reporting and forecasting of media campaigns
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to company goals
  • Proficient with search engine interfaces, tracking tools, and procedures (both search and online)
  • Google Adwords Certified- preferred
  • Solid understanding of search engine marketing as a whole
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of reporting metrics and how they affect the company’s success
